Sleeps 2 (or 5-6 if combined with the Sunrise Flat through an inter leading door.)
Bath, shower, kitchen and open plan lounge/dining room/bedroom. No balcony.

Sunrise Flat.
Sleeps 2-4 (or 5-6 if combined with the Sunset Flat)
Shower, kitchenette and lounge which opens onto balcony with 180 degree view of the sea.

Rockside.
Bottom level. Sleeps 2-3. Two showers, kitchenette. Outside patio. Wash dishes and watch the sea!

Anderson's Guest House "DOLPHINVIEW" is situated in the beautiful area of Beachview. Right on the seas edge separated only by the road. It is a 25 minute drive from the city centre of Port Elizabeth and easy access from the N2 Highway. The sea in front of the establishment is ideal for fishing or snorkeling. There are also ideal surfing and swimming beaches as well. Take lovely long beach walks on secluded beaches or drive the short distance to Maitland beach where huge sand dunes can be found....for sand boarding or climbing. Visit the Seaview Game Park which is just a few km. from the Guest House. Visit the van Stadens River Mouth. For those guests who wish to eat out, one of P.E.'s best restaurants is just 7 minutes away, as well as the Hotel which caters for dinner and dancing.
