BERETUN HALL

Once a farmer’s wheat barn, this beautiful stone and wood heritage building boasts character like no other and amazing views over the lawns and the dam.

Specs:

• An upper A-Frame wooden hall
• A downstairs stone dining area with built in bar
• Outside cocktail verandah overlooking the outdoor amphitheater
• Amphitheatre, perfect for outdoor ceremonies
• A beautiful bridal suite nearby
• Pax: 80 - 100 seated inside; 120 cocktail outside

DOBBS HOUSE

This charming building offers a country-café vibe and is perfect for private events. The venue boasts a wrap around verandah, overlooking the glorious dam and surrounded by beautiful green lawns, perfect for the kids to play while you enjoy a drink.

• Interior square area 10m x 10m
• Built in kitchen
• Wrap around, raised verandah
• Lawns in front of the venue and a petangue (boules) course nearby
• Open air, umbrella “deck area”
• Pax: 80 seated inside; 50 seated on the verandah; 100 seated on the deck area
• Dobbs House is a restaurant, open to the public daily and on weekends.

THE GRANGE

A specially constructed, rustic structure made of steel and wood — perfect for informal hosting options with lots of space. It is also a blank canvas that can be dressed to the nines, if that’s what you are after.
