Modder Sports Complex is recently refurbished and is set to become a hub for sporting and outdoor activities for people living in the surrounding neighbourhoods. Offered at the Sports Complex include Football, 6 A-Side Football, Touch Rugby, Snooker, Sports Bar with great food and entertainment. Cross-Fit/Boot Camp, Cricket and Volleyball are planned for introduction in 2013.

The clubhouse will serve as the start and end point for many of the sporting activities that get organised in and around Modderfontein. These activities will complement the existing tennis, bowls and golf offerings in Modderfontein.

There are TV's for sport fanatics and 6 full size Snooker tables for indoor entertainment. An inviting patio area looks onto the children's play area, allowing parents to keep an eye on their little ones. Further amenities available at the clubhouse include a coffee shop and conference rooms, which can be booked for private events and conferences.
