Day Delegate Conference Package (Full Day):

• Secure parking
• All standard conference equipment (one per venue - additional items can be hired at a cost per item per day):
o Overhead projector (transparency) and screen
o 35mm slide projector with round carousel
o TV monitor and VHS recorder
o Lectern/podium
o Stage pieces (2m x 1m each piece)
o PA system with microphones on stands
o Flipchart or whiteboard with pens
Should you require additional units of the above items, these can be provided at a cost per day.

• Cordials, iced water and sweets
