The 21ha farm was acquired by the Moolman family and was the ideal way to introduce their kids to the outdoors. They subsequently moved there for a few years to enhance their quality of living. Since then the family has moved back to the city, the facilities expanded and are mostly used as their own weekend get-away.

The property is a mere 40km north of Pretoria and takes 45 minutes to drive from the eastern and northern Pretoria regions. The historical town of Cullinan provides many attractions and restaurants and is only 20km east of the farm.

The old farmhouse was refurbished as a self catering unit for family and weekend breaks.

The property was game fenced and a few species of game introduced. An open air lapa, conference facilities and kitchen, bar and ablution facilities was added to the property, and three free standing cottages were also added.

The venue is ideal for families and friends to rekindle friendships, but can also be used by businesses to hold small conferences, managerial meetings and year end functions.
