ROUTE 1 (from Pretoria/Church Square/Street)

• Take Church Street in a western direction from Church square towards Hartbeespoort Dam.
• Turn right into DF Malan Drive.
• Continue until you reach the Brits/Hartbeespoort Dam (R514) turn off and turn left onto VAN DER HOFF ROAD (just before the PPC Cement tours)
• Continue for several kilometres until you come to Mahem Retirement Centre (robot) and Cash & Carry on your left (previously The Old Makro), also the M17 to Garankuwa).
• Turn right at this MAHEM crossing (robot) onto the M17 Ga-Rankuwa Road (also known as Hornsnek Road).
• Continue for 4,6 km past “Die Houtnes” until you reach the yellow signboard of MOUNT FESTIVA LODGE uphill on your left.

• Take the N4 Platinum Highway to Rustenburg.
• Go through the Doornpoort-Plaza Tollgate.
• Continue for about 22 km until you come to the M17 (Pretoria-West/Ga-Rankuwa) off ramp. Turn left at the T-junction on the bridge (T- junction).
• Continue for 5 km towards Pretoria West and over the Magaliesberg mountains until you reach the yellow signboard of MOUNT FESTIVA LODGE downhill on your right.

• Take the R511 towards Hartbeespoort Dam.
• Stay on the R511 Hartbeespoort Dam route ALL the time.
• Continue until you reach the Sediba Plaza on your left and a petrol garage on your right (it is at a 4-way stop) and then turn right towards the direction of Brits.  
• Continue for 3 km until a T-junction.  
• Turn right on the R514 towards PRETORIA.
• Continue for 20 km until you come to a robot and the Mahem Retirement Centre on your right.
• Turn left at the robot on to the M17 / Ga-Rankuwa Road (also known as the Hornsnek Road) and continue for 5 km until you reach the MOUNT FESTIVA LODGE yellow signboard uphill on your left.

• Take the R511 towards Sandton (Pretoria).
• Continue for about 5-6 km until you come to the R513 (also known as the De Wildt Road) towards Pretoria (on your left is a large/long Selikaats Estate wall).
• Stay on the R513 for about 18 km until you reach a T-junction.
• Turn right at the T-junction onto the M17 Pretoria-West road.
• After 4 km you will find the yellow signboard of MOUNT FESTIVA LODGE on your right
