Sierra Ranch has a lot of history and dates as far back as 1900, when it was named The Grove and was just a small single story building. In 1988 the hotel was gutted but a fire and since been re-built. Sierra Ranch is situated on 935 hectares of open land with the Mooi River running directly through the farm.
