The Protea Hotel Richards Bay has two facilities available for conferences and meetings, a Conference Room and a Board Room.

The Conference Room can seat from 30 delegates in schoolroom-style to 50 delegates, cinema-style. Facilities available include:

• Whiteboards
• Overhead Projectors
• Televisions
• Video Machines
• Flip Charts
  A data Projector is also available.

The L-shaped Board Room can be used for small or medium-sized meetings, with traditional, long table settings or conference type seating arrangements. All standard facilities are available and both the Conference and Board Rooms are air-conditioned.

Our standard conference package include a buffet lunch, morning and afternoon teas and use of the venue.

A popular option for day-conferences is for delegates to enjoy snacks and drinks in the Ladies Bar at the end of the day OR to indulge in some of our delicious homemade pizzas whilst socializing by the swimming pool.
