The conference center has five one story American type ranch houses architecturally designed for four people. They have:
- big lounges, medium size open plan kitchens and two bedrooms each
- fully equipped kitchens, dining and lounge areas. The lounges are furnished with leather sofas and each house has a TV. They are all beautifully decorated with material from South Africa, United States, The Emirates and China, giving them an international feel and look.
- leather double beds and stands as well as large closets that make the bedroom a pleasant place to relax.
- second bedroom with single beds.
- security 24/7 including electric fence
- municipal water supply system and chlorinated borehole water to be used as back-up in case of water shortage.
- verandas in front and at the back of houses serve as spots to sit outside and marvel the landscape, enjoy the sunshine, watch the sunset or the moonlight at night.
