Pools
Enjoy leisurely hours on The Bay Hotel's main pool deck, located next to the spa. The pool is heated in Summer and drinks can be enjoyed around the pool with the new addition of the poolside bar hut.
There are also two cabana pools, both with beautiful sea views and the Sandy B pool where you can quench your thirst with a frozen strawberry daiquiri
Spa
Guests have a choice of Mint Wellness spa, either at Camps Bay Retreat or at The Bay Hotel. Boasting internationally qualified therapists, the spa offer treatments ranging from massages to day packages, for a full day of pampering. Spoil yourself from top to toe and emerge radiant, refreshed and relaxed
Hair Salon
Shahieda’s Hair Salon is situated inside the hotel and offers guests a quality experience in grooming. Shahieda offers all salon services, personally preparing brides and bridal parties for their wedding celebrations at The Bay Hotel.
Flowers at the Bay
Tucked away in a very special organic corner of the hotel, is our very own Flower and Gift shop where beautiful Fynbos and indigenous arrangements are created to complement the interior of the hotel. On offer is a wide variety of handcrafted gifts and homegrown nicknacks for you to take home as a reminder of your special stay at The Bay Hotel! The "Flower Girls" also create bead necklaces and bracelets, custom made to your specification and design.
Day and Change Rooms
The Bay Hotel has provided the unique facility of Day Rooms and Change Rooms for guests who need a room outside of their check-in and check-out times.
The Day Rooms are equipped with an open plan bathroom with shower, day bed and television. Here guests can refresh or relax, before their rooms are ready, or whilst waiting to depart.

The Bay Hotel boasts in-house venues to suit every occasion imaginable, from the gracious dome-shaped Rotunda that can accommodate up to 500 people, to the boardroom, perfect for a breakfast meeting with a few colleagues. Camps Bay Tennis Club
Situated behind The Bay Hotel, the lively and active tennis club is famously known for having one of the best teams in the country. The club has 5 hard surface courts. We can assist in arranging a coach or tennis partners.
Camps Bay Squash Club
The Camps Bay Squash Club is situated next to The Bay Hotel and has 4 courts.
Tides Restaurant
Tides Restaurant serves both a breakfast buffet and dinner, set in an elegant yet relaxed dining location, with magnificent views over the Camps Bay beachfront.
Deli at The Bay
The Deli serves speciality coffees, light meals and delicatessen items and also showcase a wine selection from The Bay Hotel’s wine partners.
