We can currently accommodate a maximum of 11 conference delegates in there own beds. We have 5 treehouses which have queen and single beds, assuming at a conference there would only be single people we can accommodate as follows:

2 honeymoon treehouses = total 2 people
2 * 4 sleepers containing 2 single beds in one room and a queen in the other = total 6 people
1 * 4 sleeper containing a queen and a bunk bed in one room = total 3 people
We could therefore accommodate 11 people

We have a central playroom that was developed so that it could double as a conference room. It could easily accommodate those 11 people. By the end of the year we will have a further 3 treehouses all 2 sleepers 1 with 2 single beds i.e. a further 4 people again the playroom is large enough. Total 15 people . We are also looking at making a second room available in the existing store for when groups want to split.

The current playroom has an additional outside area with a huge table that seats 12 people and additional seating for 4 people is available along the side. I have an agreement with a local catering company who could supply all food. Otherwise the treehouses are self-catering. There is a separate communal eating area if catering is required.

In terms of facilities. We are happy to get what is required, because equipment purchased for one conference could be re-used for the next. Currently we have a large flip-chart, a screen on the one wall of the playroom and a variety of PC's (personal ones) that could be used for a conference all though I am sure the delegates would bring there own lap-tops. There is a black and white laser printer and a colour ink-jet. It is a stunning venue for conferences, training, team-building exercises as people won't be disturbed. It is incredibly peaceful - there are also great walks, a river, pools etc for people when they want to have a break.
