Located only an hour out of Cape Town, our self-catering cottages on the farm Kromme Rivier in the Elgin Valley(Grabouw, Western Cape), offer friends and families an affordable and convenient break from the city. 

The scenic towns of Greyton, Hermanus, Stanford, Villiersdorp and Caledon are all within easy driving distance of the farm, as well as the coastal towns of Kleinmond, Betty’s Bay, Pringle Bay and Rooi Els making a swim,a gourmet meal and wine tasting all possible in a day. 

Accommodation consists of 7 fully-equipped quaint farm cottages, each with their own wood-burning fireplaces as well as braai facilities. We also have 3 overnighters, which are furnished rooms for those guests that are attending weddings or parties in the area and who prefers not to drive home afterwards.

The Grabouw area needs no introduction when it comes to mountain-biking, read more about our Lebanon Mountain Biking Trails which start from the farm.
