Road directions from Cape Town to Windswael Seafront Guest House.
Take the N2 out towards Somerset West and carry on for about 100km. As soon as you come down from "Houw-Hoek Pass", there is a turnoff to the left saying "Hermanus R43". Carry on with this road and about 3 km past Hawston, there is a turnoff to the right, saying "Vermont/Onrus". Turn to the right here and then carry on with this road down to the sea. At the t-junction, turn left. We are the third house on the left.

Scenic route
Much nicer!!! Take the turnoff towards "Gordon's Bay" from the N2 just after Somerset West. Then go on to the R44 towards "Kleinmond." This road takes you round the coast and we can recommend it. Just follow this road past Kleinmond until you get to the T-junction. Turn right on the R43, follow it for about 14km then take the turnoff to the right saying "Vermont/Onrus." Follow this road down to the sea and turn left. We are the 3rd house on the left.

Road directions from Knysna to Windswael Guest House
Take the N2 to Cape Town. About 40km from "Caledon" , take the "Hermanus" turnoff on the left. Follow the road to "Stanford", where you turn right to "Hermanus." This is the R43. Drive right through Hermanus and then carry on for about 5km. You will see a turnoff to "Vermont/Onrus". Turn left there and follow the road down to the ocean. Turn left and we are the 3rd house on the left.
