Directions from Johannesburg To The Lakes Hotel And Conference Centre
  • Take the N12 towards Witbank.
     
  • Pass the slipway going to the OR Tambo International Airport. Follow straight on the N12 (Witbank).
     
  • Follow the Witbank Highway. Continue for about 20 kilometres until you get to the Atlas Road turnoff.
     
  • At the traffic lights turn right over the highway.
     
  • At the second traffic light, turn left into Lakefield road. (You will pass the Keg and Dros restaurants.)
     
  • The road forks immediately after that. Take the right fork in the road (Planet Fitness gym is on that fork in the road).
Directions from Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein and elsewhere south of South Africa.
  • Follow the N1 to Johannesburg.
     
  • Take the R21 (Witbank/Airport road). Eventually you will pass the Airport road turnoff on your left hand side.
     
  • Follow the signs going to Boksburg (R21). Before taking Boksburg, follow the Witbank sign pointing to your left.
     
  • Follow the Witbank Highway for about 4 kilometres until you get to the Atlas Road turnoff.
     
  • At the traffic lights turn right over the highway.
     
  • At the second traffic light, turn left into Lakefield road. (You will pass the Keg and Dros restaurants.)
     
  • The road forks immediately after that. Take the right fork in the road (Planet Fitness gym is on that fork in the road).
     
  • You will continue on Lakefield road past the golf course (on both sides of the road).
     
  • Towards the end of that road, take the first turning to the left. The Lakes Hotel and Conference Centre is No 1 Country Lane, Lakefield.
