Chelmsford House B&B Conference Venue - Our conferance facillites would be for 10 persons maximum.  We have 5 rooms at present and are currently adding another 2 rooms. If the delegates are prepared to share rooms we can accommodate 7 guests, if not, only 5 guests.All rooms are en-suite with aircon and or ceiling fans.  Secure parking is provided. Conveniently situated in walking distance to shops, banks, restaurants etc. Just a 5 minute drive to the centre of Durban, 15 minutes to the "golden mile" of beaches and 20 minutes from the airport. We are 2 minutes from The University of KwaZulu Natal and 2 minutes away from Entabeni & St.Augustines Hospital....
